John Edward Soltez

John Edward Soltez, 93, of Richmond, died on June 10, 2022. He was a two-year Army veteran of the Korean War. He was employed by the finance department of Richmond until his retirement. He is survived by a brother, Ben Soltez, of Richmond, and a nephew, Dr. Bruce Smith, of Albemarle, NC.
A graveside service will be held at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens in Prince George on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 1:00 pm. The family will receive friends at the graveside before and after the burial. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Nazareth Lutheran Church in Hopewell.
