John Vinsh

John Frederick Vinsh, 80, of New Bohemia, died Friday October 8, 2004, in MCV Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Barta and Antonia Vinsh, his loving wife Rosie Horak Vinsh, three brothers Charles Vinsh, Frank Vinsh, Joe Vinsh, and a sister Annie Hanzlik. He was a retired farmer who loved working the land. He is survived by one son, David M. Vinsh, two daughters, Joyce V. Rackley, Jean F. Vinsh all of Prince George County, two sisters, Mary Blazek of Dinwiddie County, Theresa Blaha of Petersburg, two brothers, Wesley Vinsh, of Petersburg, Robert Vinsh of North Carolina eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a number of nephews, nieces and friends. A Christian Wake service will be held at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss funeral home at 7:30 PM Monday October 11, 2004 with visitation to follow and a Mass of the Resurrection will be recited at 10 AM Tuesday October 12, 2004 at The Church of the Sacred Heart , interment will be in Southlawn Memorial Park.
