John Wilkinson

John Phillip Wilkinson, 47, of Sutherland died Thursday, June 17, 2010. He was an avid sportsman, loved hunting, fishing, and football. He was a devoted father and husband and loved his Boston Terriers dearly. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Kimberly D. Wilkinson; two sons, J.P. Wilkinson, II and Cody Wilkinson; his parents, Dick and Diane Wilkinson; two brothers, Timmy Wilkinson and wife, Rene, and Steele Wilkinson; mother-in-law, Marilynn Bishop; close friend, Mark Perkinson, loving aunt Rose; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; three loyal companions; Summer, Hunter and Roxy. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 pm Monday, June 21, 2010 at Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends from one hour prior to service. Burial will be private.
