Johnson Cofer Lacy, Jr., 73, of Mobile, Alabama and formerly of Richmond, VA passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017. He was the son of the late Johnson Cofer Lacy, Sr. and Marie Moore Lacy; and was also preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley L. Pride and Beverly L. Cook. Mr. Lacy was an avid fisherman, enjoyed playing his guitar and had a love for NASCAR. He is survived by one sister, Evelyn Sawyer and husband, Danny; a brother, William Lacy; four children, Nancy, Tracy, Stacy and John III; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. All services will be private. The family is being served by the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
