Jon Harris was Jon Harris. It's as simple as that. He loved his family. He loved his friends, and everybody loved him back. He made you feel good about yourself. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge, a true master at getting to the bottom line, a keen observer, and master of sarcasm.
Jon loved to fish. But it wasn't about catching. It was about being with folks while he fished. From his early days on the Rappahannock River through all the episodes and antics on his beloved Fish Circus, there was never a dull moment. He brought sunshine to us all. And now those days will be a little darker. Goodbye for now Jon. We love you!
