Jordan Dewey Temple

Jordan Dewey Temple, 95, of Chester, VA, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 9, 2023. He was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence, and Louise Temple; his loving wife, Barbara Temple; and a daughter, Lorna Silvestro. He is survived by his son, Jerry Temple and wife, Tarley; son, Mark Temple; grandchildren, Scott Joyner, Jerry D. Temple, Hunter Temple, Kelsea Temple, Whitney Carmichael and Austin Temple; great-grandchildren, Courtney Joyner, Keira Temple, Kohli, Kia Temple, Jaiden Temple, Kaelyn Temple and Legend Carmichael; his sister, Edna Acre; as well as numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at J.T. Morriss & Son Chester Chapel 3050 W. Hundred Rd. Chester, VA 23831. A graveside service will be held 2:00p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Park.
