Joseph Ernest Chudoba

Joseph Ernest Chudoba, 93, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph J. and Agnes Wagner Chudoba; and two siblings, G. James Chudoba and Joyce Rakers. Joe was a life-long resident of Prince George County where he provided for his family through farming the land. He also enjoyed wood-working, spending time with his family, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He is survived by his devoted wife of 69 years, Emily Stech Chudoba; three daughters, Anne Marie Beamer (Kevin), Joanne Bennett (Buddy) and Patricia Hays (Brett); brother, Bernard Chudoba (Dorothy); three grandchildren, Jennifer Dishner (Aaron), Joseph Hays and Matthew Hays; special niece, Anne Croxton; and numerous beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Church of the Sacred Heart Parish, 9300 Community Lane, S. Prince George, VA 23805. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., with a wake service at 7:00 P.M. at the church.
