Joseph Reginal Jennings

Joseph Reginal Jennings, 56, of Hopewell, VA, entered Jesus's arms on December 2, 2023. He was born and raised in Dinwiddie, VA. He graduated in the class of 1986 and went on to become an IT alumni of ECPI University. He was a loving father and a best friend to his twin sons, Jacob and Jason Milton. He was an amazing friend to his sons' younger brother, always including him to show him love. He was a huge Steelers fan "Here we go, Steelers!", enjoyed photography, Marvel/DC comics, and anything computer related. He loved and followed Jesus, attending Life Church on Harrowgate Road. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lewis and Edith Jennings; his father, James R. Jennings; and his brother, Alex Folami Jennings. He is survived by his sons, Jacob Wesley Milton and Jason Robert Milton; his sister, Destiny Jennings; his niece, Denise Marie Owen; and other close family members, Donovan Wade Milton and Lawanda Sue Milton. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm, on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, located at 820 W Broadway, Hopewell, VA 23860, interment will follow at Blandford Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, on Friday, December 15, 2023.
