Joseph Dale Maracle

Joseph Dale Maracle, 62, of Chester VA, passed away on February 9, 2021 after a long, courageous battle with lung cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Shirley, of Hastings Co., Ontario, Canada, and his sisters, Sherry, Wendy and Linda. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Marilyn and their children, Heather (Billy), Renee and Luke; grandchildren, Brittany, Chelsea (Cody) and Tiffany; great- grandchildren, Chloe, Garrett, Ella and Cameron; brothers, Duane, Mickey and Jake (Brant); sisters, Debbie, Tina (Brian), Carole (Patrick) and Jackie (Dale); numerous nieces and nephews and friends and extended family members, including his work family at Univar Solutions, where he drove a tanker truck for 20 years. Joseph was a proud member of The Bay of Quinte Mohawks. There will be a private viewing for immediate family members. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
