Joseph Vincent Spadaccia, Jr.

Joseph V. Spadaccia, Jr., passed away on Oct. 28, 2023, at his Chester, VA home surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his father, Joseph V. Spadaccia, Sr.

He's survived by his wife of 31 years, Kristine L. Sykes Spadaccia; mom, Margaret Spadacccia, of Bethlehem, PA: sister, Linda Fisher, of Kissimmee, FL; brothers, Vincent, Bruce (Kerri), and Brian (Wendy) Spadaccia, of Bethlehem, PA; daughter, Ann S. Tackett; sons, Michael, Tony and David; and grandchildren, Daniel and Miranda Spadaccia, Alexis, Olivia, and Katelyn Tackett; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended Ponticelli and DeAngelis family members.

The family invites friends to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 1, at Chester United Methodist Church, located at 12132 Percival St. in Chester, with the Rev. Nathan Decker presiding and Minister of Music Joshua Wortham performing. A lunch reception will follow the service in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to the Richmond Fisher House, a foundation that offers free housing to families of veterans receiving care at the VA Hospital.

The family will also host a memorial service in the Bethlehem area, with details to be announced soon.
