Joy Lynn Hill

Joy Lynn Hill, 62, of Hopewell, VA, passed away on April 25, 2023. Born in St. Paul, MN, she grew up in White Bear Lake, MN, she was the daughter of the late Robert B. and Martha M. Rebhorn. She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Martin R. Hill. Joy is survived by her brother, John Rebhorn (Sharon); and sister, Holly Mikkelsen (Kevin). She moved to Virginia in 2004, and enjoyed the warm weather compared to Minnesota. She worked at Pearson Honda, as a cashier, for the past 18 years. She loved making jewelry, and visiting the beach with her friend Beth. The family wishes to thank the staff at Brighter Living Assisted Living for the support they gave her in the time she was there. A special thank you to Shannon from Crater Community Hospice who helped guide us through her time in Hospice. We would also like to thank neighbors Kevin and Beth for their support. No service will be held. Donations may be made to Crater Community Hospice.
