Joyce Ann Belcher

Joyce Ann Belcher, 82, of S. Chesterfield, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph R. and Sarah Virginia Pond Belcher, Sr.; four brothers, Lawrence R. Belcher, Donald M. Belcher, Ralph R. Belcher, Jr., and John E. Belcher; and brother-in-law, Johnny Belcher. She is survived by two brothers, Robert M. Belcher (Sue), and Gerald E. Belcher (Pat); two sisters, Jean A. Belcher and Shirley P. Nislar (Lou); two sister-in-laws, Mary Belcher and Linda Belcher; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Southlawn Memorial Park. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
