Joyce Archer Wallace

Joyce Archer Wallace, 82, of Chester, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ida Archer; and her brother, Richard Archer.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Karen Hudgins (Tyler) and Sherri Wallace-Blackford; granddaughters, Melaney Roberts (Wayne) and Taylor Hudgins; grandsons, Dylan Blackford and David Hudgins; great-grandsons, Aiden Roberts and Preston Roberts; sister, Charlotte Zeb; sister-in-law, Shelby Archer; and numerous extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 103 S. Adams Street, Petersburg. A funeral service will be held in the chapel the following day at 10:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow the service at Southlawn Memorial Park.
