Jr. B. Skinner

Charles Boone Skinner Jr., 62, of Prince George, passed away on February 15, 2011. He was the son of the late Charles Boone Skinner Sr. He is survived by his mother, Lois Skinner Moring; three brothers, Douglas Lee Skinner and wife, Susan, Raymond Moring III and wife, Linda, Michael Moring and wife, Betty; two sisters Kathy Tricarico and husband, Vick, Karen Moring; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins Mr. Skinner graduated from Georgia State with a degree in Journalism, was a United States Air force veteran, and was an employee of the Target in Colonial Heights in his later years.. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, at Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George, Va., with the Reverend Robert Livesay officiating. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com
