Jr. H. Martin

Wesley Henry. Martin, Jr., 89, of Richmond, passed away Thursday June 18, 2009. He was the son of the late Wesley Harvey & Anna Mae Powell Martin. He was a retiree from Chesterfield County where he was employed as a Sanitation Engineer. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Thelma L. Martin, daughters: Marylin Walker of Halifax County, Sharon Allen & husband Raymond of Chester, Beverly Bizzell & husband Joe of Henrico, son: Thomas H. Martin & wife Brenda of Chester, 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, a loving and devoted sister Glenna Walker, 1 brother, numerous nieces & nephews. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Dutch Gap, Virginia which he dearly loved. The family will receive friends Sunday June 21, 2009 at the Chester Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Monday in Fellowship Baptist Church in Chester, at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Dale Memorial Park.
