Edward J. Naulty, Jr., age 82 died suddenly at his home on Wednesday, May 9th, 2007. He was born January 22, 1925. Ed served in the U. S. Army, during WW II, and the Korean War. He was present at the Normandy invasion of 1944. He attained the rank of master sergeant. On November 10th, 1951, he was united in marriage to Florence Catherine Collins. He also retired from US Government civil service in 1985. Edward is survived by his wife, Florence, his oldest son and his wife-Edward Joseph Naulty, III and Suzanne; his daughter Joyce Heine and husband Peter, his youngest son and his wife â??Mike and Pam Naulty. He was also a beloved grandfather of four grandchildren-Marti, Heather, Haley, and Nick ( his best friend) , one great-grandchild-Lexi and 2 step grandchildren-Kirk and Kyle Heine. He is further survived by nieces-Karen Oprysko, Debbie Gibson, and Katy Wood, nephews-Jack Oâ??Drain and Billy & Steve Ushler, Paul Nagy and other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Martin and 2 sisters, Peggy Oâ??Drain and Carol Ushler and one brother, Robert Naulty from Philadelphia. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 13, 2007 from 2-4 at the Hopewell Chapel of J. T, Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday, May 14, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the Hopewell chapel with Rev.
