Jr., R. Flenner

Jack R. Flenner, Jr., 73 peacefully passed away on July 30, 2010. He is survived by Jan, his wife of 51 years and a son Jarret and fiancé Nancy. He retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant and retired again as a Civil Servant with the Defense Commissary Agency. In the community, Jack was the Chief Election Officer at C C Wells precinct for several years. He also volunteered at the Fort Lee Tax Center preparing taxes for the soldiers and their families. Jack thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of his life and enjoyed Virginia. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. in the Chester Chapel of the J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 3050 West Hundred Road in Chester, Virginia. Interment will be in Jack and Janâ??s home town of Ellinwood, Kansas.
