Judith Cutrona

Judith Jones Cutrona, 79, of Prince George, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022. Born in Hopewell, VA to the late Alvin Jones and Ethel Craven Jones, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, John A. Cutrona.
She is survived by her children, David Barnes (Sandy), Joseph L. Cutrona (Tennille), Pamela Bennett (Darrin), and Michael Cutrona (Rayna); grandchildren, Christin Sanchez (Carlos), Matthew Barnes, Catherine Barnes, Michael Barnes, Jonathan Barnes, Joseph L. Cutrona, Jr. (Heather), Tony Chambers, Angelina Chambers, Colton Bryant, Aidan Bryant, Alyson Ross (Bryan), Miles Bennett, Zachary Bennett, Noah Cutrona, Kaitlyn Cutrona; great-grandchildren, Aviana, Cady, Emsleigh, Mya, and Luke.
Judith was very social and outgoing. She enjoyed being active in her community and was a member of New Covenant Church of the Brethren, the Jaycees, the Red Hat Society, and Sorority Beta Sigma Phi. She loved to travel, play bingo, and frequent restaurants. She was a very giving person, especially to her family. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her kids and grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 19, 2022 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens.
