Judy Hassell

Judy Powell Hassell 64, of Kill Devil Hills, NC, passed away on Saturday May 19, 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents Godfrey and Margie Campbell Powell; son, Sean Voiles; nephew, Christopher Pillow. Judy retired from civil service with the U.S. Government after numerous years. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly N. Gill and her husband Bobby of Hopewell VA; granddaughters, Nikki Hassell of Kill Devil Hills NC, Kayla Gill of Hopewell VA; great grandchildren, Zane Hassell, Nadiya Hassell, Mason Hassell; sister Jean P. Smith of Hopewell, VA; nephew, Cody Smith of Hopewell, VA; aunt Margaret Manley and her husband Billy of Big Island, VA.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A graveside service will be held 2pm on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Merchants Hope Memorial Garden in Prince George County, VA.
