Julia Harrison

Julia Nicholson Harrison, 98, of Hopewell passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2011. She was a member of P.M. Laurel Chapter O.E.S. Claremont. Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson Davis Nicholson and Fannie Belle Joyner Nicholson; husband, Chauncy P. Harrison; daughter, Kathryn H. Parrish; sister, Lucy N. Hunnicut and her brothers, Charles B. and Vincent W. Nicholson. She is survived by her sons, Richard C. Harrison and wife, Ann and Chauncey P. Harrison, II and wife, Roseanna; grandchildren, Angela Corrigan, Julie Smith, April Harrison, Chauncey Harrison, III and Wesley Kuykendall and 6 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday, April 4, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm. A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Claremont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Claremont Fire Department, P.O.
