Julie Dale Belcher, 53, of Chester, Virginia, passed away March 25, 2023. Julie was born in Hopewell, Virginia, to the late William H. Belcher, Jr. and Violet Woodard Belcher on May 29, 1969.
Julie is survived by her loving children, Richard E. Williams III, Hollis E. Urias, Keirstyn A. Urias (Nick Briglia); grandchildren, Cecilia Lizama and Giovanni Briglia; companion, Saul Urias; brothers, William "Billy" H. Belcher III, Charles J. Belcher, and Paul A. Belcher (Cindy); and aunt, Pat Jones. She is also survived by numerous extended family members.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, on Monday, April 3, 2023, at the Joy Fellowship Worship Center, 1001 Perrymont Rd, Hopewell, VA 23860. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Bermuda Memorial Park.
