Katherine Ripley Eades

Katherine Ripley Eades, 94, of Chesterfield, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Benford and Elizabeth Stroud Miller; husband, Curtis Hopson Eades; daughters, Betty Hamlett and Joan Robinson. She is survived by two sons, Edwin Ripley (Polly) and Curtis Eades; step-daughter, Beverly Walters (Dennis); 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Ivan Perkinson, officiating.
