Katherine Rowlett

Katherine Kyle Rowlett, 85, of Petersburg died Friday, September 02, 2005 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Rowlett was born in Petersburg the daughter of the late Waren Dewey Kyle and Gladys Mae Boyette Kyle. She was a retired bookkeeper of the Blue Star Drive-In Theatre. Preceded in death by her husband William Earl Rowlett, she is survived by her daughter and 2 sons; Kay Rowlett Rowe of Petersburg, Gary Wayne Rowlett and wife Anne of Prince George, William Pritchett Rowlett of Boonsboro, MD, grandsons; Robert William Rowlett and wife Melinda, Dagan Rowe and wife Allison and a close friend, her private nurse Rhonda Joyner and devoted dog Schaefer. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 4PM, today, Saturday, September 3rd, in Blandford Cemetery with Rev. Troy Kaichen officiating. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that contributions be made in her memory to the Appomattox Regional Governor?s School, 512 W. Washington St., Petersburg, VA, 23803.
