Katherine S. Motley

Katherine Lillian Schulze Motley, 88, of Petersburg died September 9, 2005 in Southside Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Motley was born in Petersburg, the daughter of the late Harry Schulze and Helen Hargrave Schulze. She was a charter member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church and a Practical Nurse prior to her retirement. Preceded in death by her husband Kedrick K. Motley, she is survived by; 3 sons, Konrad Motley, Wayne Motley, Gary Motley and wife Donna; 2 daughters, Lois Duda, Nancy Rugani; 7 grandchildren, Kim Williams, Andrea Harvell, Nicole Motley, Elliot Motley, Michelle Motley, Alex Duda and Carly Rugani, 5 great-grandchildren, a half brother, Norman Schulze and a half sister Gretchen Mulligan. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, September 14th in Southlawn Memorial Park with Dr. Glenn Plott officiating. Friends are invited to call at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service anytime on Tuesday, September 13th and at the daughter?s residence on Wednesday after the funeral service.
