Kathryn Davis

Kathryn Collins Davis, 88 of 22957 Cabin Point Road, Disputanta, VA passed away Monday, November 19, 2007. She was born in Ettrick and had resided with her daughter and son-in-law since 1994. She was preceded in death by husbands Edward W. Collins and Bernard C. Davis and son William L. Collins. . Mrs. Davis â??Kittyâ? was a retired employee of Jet Furniture Co., Petersburg and a long time member of Second Baptist Church, Petersburg. Ms. Davis is survived by two daughters, Elaine Leonti of Colonial Heights and Suzanne Schwartz of Disputanta; stepson, Rev. Michael T. Davis and step-daughter, Grace P. Davis. She was known as â??Nannyâ? to the grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Second Baptist Church with Pastor Joe Lewis, Rev. Michael Davis and Deacon Ronnie Dunford officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Interment will be in Blandford Cemetery.
