Kay Mcpheeters Slade

Kay McPheeters Slade, 68, of Hopewell passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Nell McPheeters; her loving husband, Wyatt Slade, Jr.; her beloved daughter, Mary Katherine Slade; brother, William "Alex" McPheeters . She is survived by her niece Loretta McPheeters. Kay was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hopewell, VA. She was a longtime member of Alpha Chapter No.1, Order of the Eastern Star, and a longtime member of Hopewell Women of the Moose. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Monday, January 29, 2018 in Sunset Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to, First United Methodist Church, P.O.
