Kenneth Wayne Cheek, Sr.

Kenneth Wayne Cheek, Sr., 79, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022. He was retired from the City of Colonial Heights. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Cheek; parents, Joseph Gorrell and Virginia Cheek; brother, Gorrell Cheek. He is survived by his devoted son, Keith A. Cheek (Deana); devoted daughter, Tamara Cheek Loftis; son, Kenneth Cheek, Jr. (Karen); four grandchildren, Nina Nicole Loftis(William), John Wayne Loftis, Jr. (Kelsey), Brianna Nicole Cheek (Kolen), and Adam Cheek; three great-grandchildren, Masyn D. Graves, Andrew W. Loftis, Luke I. Loftis; brother, James D. Cheek(Pat); close companion/his dog, Percy; and several nieces and nephews and close friend. He so loved the outdoors and his tractors.
