Kenneth L. "Kenny" DeBose, 60, of Dinwiddie, VA, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024. Kenny was born in Wilmington, NC on December 10,1963 to the late Edwin and Betty Debose. Kenny is survived by his two sons, Brandon L. DeBose and Justin T. DeBose; as well as, two grandchildren, Ashton L. DeBose and Reagan M. DeBose, whom all reside in Anderson, SC. Kenny also leaves behind two brothers, Russell L. DeBose, Michael A. DeBose; and one sister, Susan C. Glazier. His two dearly loved beagles, "Free Toe" and "Lil Rae," whom he greatly loved and adored, were also left behind.

Kenny spent most of his life operating heavy equipment & underground work with the family business of DeBose & Sons Construction Company, and later went on to subcontract his own work with Dinwiddie Paving Company. There, he worked alongside some of his dearest friends that became family to him.

Kenny also enjoyed fishing, woodworking, building model cars, and working in the garage. He was well known for his great sense of humor by family and friends, loved everyone he met, and was willing to do whatever he could to help anyone in need.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to his devoted niece and caretaker, Kristen Berry as well as his closest friends, The Sutphin's, The Chrisman's, and the entire Dinwiddie Paving Family. Their daily support has been immeasurable.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home - Dinwiddie Chapel, 6616 Boydton Plank, N. Dinwiddie, VA 23803.
