Kenneth Elmer Walpole

Kenneth Walpole, 82, of Chester, Va, died Saturday December 12, 2020. Born in Davidson County Tennessee, he was the son of the late James Edward Walpole and Cora Annie Reese. Preceded in death by his sisters, Jamie Walpole, Francis Shepard (George); brothers, James O. Walpole (Annie), Harold Walpole (Becky), David E. Walpole; wife of 30 years, Hetty Walpole; numerous nieces; nephews; grandnieces and grandnephews; significant other of 18 years, Joyce Perkinson. He is survived by his brother, Wayne C. Walpole (Sallie); sister, Mary Young (Frank); step-granddaughter, Ashley Perkinson, Courtney Spates (Chris); special grandson, Carter Perkinson. Kenneth served in the U.S. Navy from 1957-1962 and enjoyed hunting, fishing, raising and spending time with family and his special great grandson, Carter.
