Kimberly S. McCoy

Kimberly S. McCoy, 55, of Dinwiddie, VA, passed away on November 20, 2024. Born in Lima, Ohio, she is the daughter of the late Janet L. Keysor and John F. McCoy. She was also predeceased by her step-mother, Raelene McCoy.

Kimberly worked as an Administrator for Adams Paving, and she was a member of The H.O.G. 1381 Motorcycle Club. Her hobbies included crocheting, motorcycle riding, gardening, and baking. Kimberly was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Kimberly is survived by her devoted husband of 40 years, Jerry Vernon Compton, Jr.; children, Amanda Dawn Compton and her significant other, Tyler Shumate, Jessica Ann-Louise Compton and her significant other, Jeffrey A. Hardy, and Jerry Vernon Compton III and his wife, Melinda Compton; grandchildren, Ethan Wayne Compton, Addalynn Louise Compton, Carter Vincent Tantillo, and Jerry Vernon Compton IV; siblings, Bryan McCoy, Jeffrey McCoy, Elizabeth Bailey, Carolyn Rudzinski, and Donna McCoy.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, with a visitation to follow.
