Kimberly Dawson Wilmoth

Kimberly Dawson Wilmoth, 50, of Chester, VA, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Dawson; grandmother, Ida Tanner; uncles, James and Curtis Barfield. Kim was a first class Momma, and a first class realtor and property manager for Bradley Real Estate. She was always a mom first, loving and supporting her children in anything and everything they wanted to pursue. Over the years, she was a dance mom, baseball mom, and softball mom. In addition, she was a loving Mimi for the last few years. Kim was a devoted wife, and a loving mother and Mimi. Simply put, she was a wonderful, caring and well-loved person. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Bill Wilmoth; her children, Ashley and spouse, Jennifer, Trey and spouse, Brooke, Alyssa and Kirsten; grandson, Nikolai; father-in-law, Bill and spouse, Becky; mother-in-law, Joanna; sister, Debbie and spouse, Bruce; numerous cousins who were loved dearly by her, and her beloved best friend, Valerie Davis. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Kingsland Baptist Church followed by interment at Bermuda Memorial Park.
