Kitty Thomason Sammons

Kitty Sue Thomason Sammons, 54, of Disputanta, Va., loving daughter, sister, wife, mama, grammy, and friend, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012. She is preceded in death by her father, Albert L. Thomason.; and step-father, Edgar Sevier Justus. Mrs. Sammons was a wonderful Registered Nurse for 28 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Dale Sammons; Sons, Eddie Sammons & his wife Deborah and Dustin Sammons & his wife Deena; her mother, Melvina Justus; grandchildren, Cole, Logan, Trent, and Peyton Sammons; sister, Jeannie Fink; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 3, 2012 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Her funeral Service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
