Kyle Smith

Kyle Allen Smith, beloved grandson of Jack and Frances Atkins and a senior at Hopewell High School died suddenly Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at his residence. Kyle was preceded in death by his mother, Dee Atkins Smith, grandmother Betty Harrison and an uncle, Tim Smith. He is survived by his father Tony Smith; a sister, Shana Smith and her son Kullen, and great grandmother Elaine Bland all of Pontotoc, MS; aunts, Shelley Strosnider and her husband Craig, Gail Malin and her husband Ron; uncles Dirk Atkins, Dan Atkins, Darrell Atkins and his wife Arlene, Tommy Harrison and his wife Dana and Terry Harrison; cousins, Marisa and Madison Strosnider, Mitchell and Michael Malin, Danny and Amanda Atkins and Ashley Palmer and her husband Justin and a girlfriend, Heather Allala. A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 4:00 PM in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
