Lawrence Eugene Belcher

Lawrence “Johnny” Eugene Belcher, 75, of Chesterfield, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012. Born in Petersburg, Virginia, he was the son of the late Frank and Bertha Belcher. He was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Sarah Elaine Cheeks. Johnny is survived by his loving wife, Jean Belcher; daughter, Rhonda Belcher; two grandchildren, Jonathan and Jesse Cheeks; sister, Mildred Spain; brother, Gibson Belcher; five brother-in-laws; Ralph Belcher, Jr., Lawrence R. Belcher and his wife, Linda, Robert Belcher and his wife, Sue, Gerald Belcher and his wife, Pat, and Donald Belcher; two sister-in-laws, Joyce Belcher and Shirley Nislar and her husband, Lou. The family will receive family and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday December 19, 2012 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Southlawn Memorial Park with interment after.
