Lawrence James Klebert

Lawrence James “Larry” Klebert, 91, of Chesterfield, VA passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Sally Klebert; and his devoted wife of 65 years, Evelyn Klebert. He is survived by his son, Robert “Bob” Klebert and wife, Theresa; loving grandson and caregiver, Trevor R. Klebert; as well as numerous extended family and friends. Larry was a WWII veteran serving in the U.S. Navy during the war. He was a graduate of VPI/Virginia Tech University, and went on to retire from VEPCO after many years of service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd. Chester, VA 23831. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to New Covenant Presbyterian Church.
