Lawrence Carlton Starke

Lawrence Carlton Starke, 85, of Ocala, FL passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021. He was the son of the late Joseph and Alma Starke; and was also preceded in death by his brother, Leonard Starke; and his son, James Starke. Mr. Starke was a member of Grace Baptist Church from 1972 until 2013. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joan B. Starke; a daughter, Linda Killin; and a son, Carlton Starke Smith. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 19, 2021 at Grace Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Southlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Lawrence Starke.
