Lena Denise Parks

Lena Denise Parks, 68, of South Chesterfield, VA passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Swanson Tomlinson, and ALois Tomlinson ; her brothers, James G. Tomlinson, and Bennie S. Tomlinson. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Donald E. Parks; son, Timothy S. Parks and wife Barbara; son, Jason C. Parks; a sister, Sharyn Bailey and husband Tom; as well as, numerous extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA 23831. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Denise.
