Lenora Anne Blankenship Jackson

Lenora Anne Blankenship Jackson, 81, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014. Born in Petersburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late Garland Booker and Lenora Brockwell Blankenship; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert O. Jackson. Mrs. Jackson retired from Fort Lee where she worked as a budget analyst after 39 years. She is survived by her two sons, Douglas and George Jackson; and numerous other extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 14, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Blandford Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
