Leo (Delayed) Williams

Leo Edwin Williams, Jr., 65, of Sutherland, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at his residence. Born in Petersburg, he was the son of the late Leo Edwin and Alease Virginia Seay Williams. He was a retired master plumber in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning business. Mr. Williams is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jean R. Williams; daughters, Dana Williams Sharpe and husband, Kirk of Prince George and Shawn Williams Vaden and husband, Tim of Hanover; son, Leo E. â??Buzzâ? Williams, III of Washington, D. C.; grandchildren, Erin Jean McGrath, Chassey Vaden, Ty Vaden and Dalton Sharpe. He is also survived by a brother, Joel Emmett Williams and wife, Linda; aunt, Audrey â??Aunt Auâ? W. Brooks; uncle, Kenneth Lawrence Williams all of Dinwiddie; and his special loving friend, Pebo. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 18th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be conducted at Noon Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Blandford Cemetery.
