Leo Delisle

Leo Alexander Delisle, 83 of Petersburg died Tuesday, December 12, 2006. He was the son of the late Joseph and Marie Dube DeLisle. He was retired from the U. S. Army where he served for 22 years. He was also retired from the U. S. Post Office where he served for more than 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Elba Celeste DeLisle; Sons, Vance Alexander DeLisle and his wife Colleen of Dallas, TX, Glenn Leo Delisle and his friend Andrea Voegltin of Mass.; Grandchildren, Quinn Alexander Delisle and Asher Challis Delisle of Dallas, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted on Friday, December 15, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Father Bob Spencer officiating. The burial followed at St. Joseph Church Cemetery. The family received on Thursday, December 14, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
