Leslie Brooks

Leslie Elwood Brooks, Sr., 73 of Petersburg died November 8, 2004. He was the widow of Georgie Love Brooks and the son of the late Lennie Morris Brooks, Sr. and Emma Spain Brooks and was predeceased by a brother Lennie Morris brooks Jr. He was a retired Supervisor of the Utilities Division, Fort Lee. He is survived by his son, Leslie Elwood Brooks, Jr. of California; two brothers, Richard F. Brooks of Prince George, Howard F. Brooks and wife Anna of Dinwiddie; one sister, Shirley B. Wright of Dinwiddie. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at Southlawn Memorial Park The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 pm tonight at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
