Lewis Odell Cromer

Lewis Odell Cromer, 95, of Hopewell, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. He was born in Alabama to the late James Cromer and Grace Cromer. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Maxine Aultman Cromer; and many brothers and sisters. Mr. Cromer is survived by his wife, Margaret C. Cromer; his step-children and their families; and nephew, Cecil Aultman and his wife, Teresa. Mr. Cromer proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps. He was employed with Allied Chemical retiring after more than 30 years of service. He enjoyed fishing whenever possible. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Southlawn Memorial Park.
