Liana Rosario Santory

Liana Rosario Santory, 90, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2023, with her family at her side. She was born to Ramon Rosario and Ana Torres, on July 10, 1933, in Puerto Rico. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Salvador Santory. Liana is survived by three children and their spouses, Jose and Diana Santory, Jeannette and Barry Walker, and Edgardo Santory and Wanda Chisholm; one grandchild, Haygen Walker; a daughter by friendship, Kathy Sulc and her son, Brad Sulc; four grandchildren by marriage, Joey Price, Jamie Price, Brittany Chappell, and Matt Chisholm; and eleven great-grandchildren by marriage.
The family will have a graveside service for family and friends at Merchants Hope Memorial Gardens, on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 3:00 pm. In lieu of sending flowers the family asks that people make donations in support of the Jim Valvano V Foundation for Cancer Research.
