Lillian Blanche Clements, 94 formerly of Waverly, VA, died Monday, August 29, 2005. She was the daughter of the late William T. and Lillian Williamson Clements. She is survived by two sisters, Gladys Battista of Richmond and Emma Jean Treaster of Colonial Heights; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, September 2, 2005 at Blandford Cemetery. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel J.T.
