Lillian L. Stout Grammer

Lillian L. Stout Grammer, 83, of Richmond, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017. Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Charles L. Stout, Sr. and Alice M. Stout Martin; three brothers, Charles L. Stout, Jr., William H. Stout, and Roy A. Stout, Sr.; one sister, Frances S. Perkinson. She is survived by two brothers, Robert Stout and Dennis W. Stout (Shelia); one sister, Lucille Stout Rhodes; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
