Lillian Kvasnicka

Lillian Zitta Kvasnicka, 93, passed away at her home Sunday, January 24, 2010. Born in Bucks County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Anna Zitta. A 70-year resident and homemaker of Prince George County, she was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Stanley, in 2001 and two brothers, Anthony and Joseph Zitta. She was a devoted member of Garyâ??s United Methodist Church. Surviving are her children, three daughters: Alice Ellis and husband Kenneth of Fulton, MD, Dorothy Hulme and husband Nelson of East Lyme, CT and Ruth Pfeiff and husband William of Carrollton, TX and son, Robert Kvasnicka of Prince George County, VA; eight grandchildren, Nick Ellis, Suzanne Piccolo, David Hulme, Richard Hulme, Laura Shock, Andrea Murray, Regina Senn and Tony Kvasnicka; eleven great-grandchildren, Lily Senn, Ethan Kvasnicka, Eric and Cooper Ellis, Tyler Piccolo, Dawson, Camden, and Mason Hulme, Allison and Sadie Shock, and Akira Murray. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Garyâ??s United Methodist Church with Rev. Henry Butler, pastor, officiating. Interment will be at Southlawn Memorial Park.
