Lillie Daniels

Lillie Elliott Painter Daniels, age 92, of Richmond, VA, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2010. She was born in Halifax, VA., the daughter of the late Alexander M. and Bessie Talley Elliott. She is the widow of Ernest L. Daniels. Ms. Daniels was a long time member of Kingsland Baptist Church and a retired LPN. She was also predeceased by her granddaughter Beverly Painter and seven sisters. She is survived by her children, Thomas N. â??Neilâ? Painter, of Chesterfield, Virginia E. Weikal and husband, Kenneth of Independence, MO, and W. Ellis Painter and wife, Lynda of Cumberland, VA; step-son Henry Lee Daniels, of Richmond; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Chester chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester.
