Linda Collins Janosik

Linda Paige Collins Janosik, born August 25, 1950 in Prince George, VA, passed into the hands of her Savior on December 27, 2011. Linda was the daughter of the late John and Maxine Collins of Hopewell. She is survived by her devoted family; her husband of almost 43 years, William (Bill) Janosik, Jr. of Prince George; and son, William (Billy) Janosik, III and wife Sheri of Midlothian, along with their sons, Joshua, and twins Matthew and Daniel. Her grandsons were the â??light of her life" and oh! how they loved their â??Grammyâ?. Linda also leaves to grieve, her sister, Jeannine Miller and her husband John along with their sons, Chad and his wife Stephanie, and Justin Miller; and a special great-niece, Keelie, that Aunt Linda loved buying â??girlyâ? things for. She is blessed to be survived by a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins that she loved dearly, especially one aunt, Dianne Frink, who was more like a sister to her. Linda retired as an Administrative Assistant with the Hopewell Public Schools Food Services Department where she left behind many dear friends and co-workers. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, January 2nd, 2012 at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home in Hopewell beginning at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Bill Laun, pastor of West Hopewell Presbyterian Church officiating. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to West Hopewell Presbyterian Church, 2602 Wise Street, Hopewell, VA 23860.
