Linda Kay Hopkins, 63, of Diputanta, VA., died, Friday, May 6, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Thelma Flanagan. She is survived by her husband Harry Hopkins; Brother Robert Flannagan and his wife Anne and family and friends. Linda was a Air Traffic Controller for several years.
