Linda Simpson Rose

Linda Simpson Rose, 70, of Colonial Heights, VA, passed away on October 18, 2024. 

She is predeceased by her parents, Lee & Tess Simpson; and her brother, Lee "Sonny" Simpson.

She loved spending time at the beach, and enjoyed hobbies such as dancing, crocheting, and cooking. She was a proud, former member of the American Legion Post 284, had a special love for children, and will be remembered by her family as a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. 

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Randy Rose; daughter, Kimberley Powell (Jesse, "JT"); grandson, Justin Powell; two siblings, George Simpson (Cindy) and Pat Merridew (Jerry); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:00 am, at Washington Memorial Park.
